Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be the face of our company, handling inquiries, directing visitors, and performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, clients, and employees warmly and direct them appropriately.
  • Phone & Email Handling: Answer, screen, and forward calls; take messages and respond to basic inquiries.
  • Scheduling & Appointments: Assist with booking meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating conference rooms.
  • Administrative Support: Sort and distribute mail, maintain office supplies, and assist with light clerical tasks.
  • Visitor & Security Protocols: Ensure check-in/check-out procedures are followed and maintain security awareness.
  • Office Coordination: Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient communication and operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification in office administration is a plus).
  • Experience: Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Professional and welcoming demeanor.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
    • Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
