Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with our business goals, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives that support business objectives and company culture.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, resolving conflicts and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Performance Management: Design and manage performance appraisal systems, career development programs, and succession planning.
- Compensation & Benefits: Ensure competitive and fair compensation structures, including salary benchmarking and benefits administration.
- Compliance & Legal: Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations; handle workplace investigations and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs, organize L&D programs, and promote continuous employee growth.
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Use HR metrics to drive decision-making and provide insights to senior leadership.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion D&I initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
